Outreach
We organize our outreach work around key pillars that support individuals, families and communities at every stage of need.
Peer Support & Wellness

We offer peer-led support for single parents, caregivers, those navigating grief and loss, mental health challenges, recovery, and parenting neurodivergent children. Our programs build emotional resilience through trauma-informed care, stress regulation, mindfulness, and healthy boundaries. Participants gain confidence, stability, and practical tools for daily wellness and sustainable routines.
Children & Youth Programs

Our programs build resilience, confidence, and social-emotional well-being for young people facing social and systemic barriers through life skills, emotional regulation, healthy relationships, and digital safety education. Structured workshops, one-to-one mentoring, group mentoring circles, and youth leadership cohorts support youth by offering positive role models and consistent guidance. These programs strengthen protective factors, reduce risk, and equip youth with the skills and agency needed to thrive in their communities.
Education, Healing & Skills-Building Workshops

We provide accessible, community-based education through workshops and group programs that strengthen mental health awareness, trauma-informed parenting, communication, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, and practical life skills. These learning spaces are designed to be inclusive, hands-on, and culturally responsive, equipping participants with tools they can apply immediately in daily life.
Community Outreach & Practical Support

This includes hands-on community support such as resource navigation, advocacy with forms and appointments, mobile outreach, pop-up resource days, and crisis prevention check-ins.
We can also address basic needs through transportation support, food security partnerships, emergency coordination, and clothing and essentials distribution.
Community Leadership & Ambassador Program

We equip community members, volunteers, and peer leaders with the skills to lead sustainably and ethically through values-based, trauma-informed training. This includes facilitation and communication, conflict de-escalation, boundaries and ethics, cultural safety, advocacy, systems navigation, and burnout prevention.
Trained Community Ambassadors then serve as trusted connectors—offering one-on-one support, hosting outreach activities, sharing resources, identifying emerging needs, and bridging gaps between residents and essential services.
Family & Community Connection Spaces

We foster belonging and collective healing by creating opportunities for families and community members to connect through shared experiences. Programming includes family activity nights, community meals, intergenerational gatherings, parenting circles, and storytelling and healing spaces that build trust, reduce isolation, and strengthen relationships across generations.
